Accessing this website, downloading materials, or submitting information through contact forms does not create a coaching or consulting relationship with Wildwood Executive Advisory. A coaching or consulting relationship begins only after both parties sign a written agreement.

You may not use, reproduce, display, distribute, or reference the Marks in any manner including in marketing, advertising, presentations, digital content, domain names, or social media without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of the Marks is strictly prohibited and may violate trademark, unfair competition, and other applicable laws. Wildwood Executive Advisory reserves all rights in and to its Marks, whether registered or unregistered.

Wildwood Executive Advisory does not control, manage, or oversee the data practices, security measures, or operational policies of these third-party providers and is not responsible for any actions, errors, or data handling performed by them.

By choosing to remit payment through a third-party provider, you acknowledge that:

  • Your payment information is processed directly by the third-party provider

  • Your use of the provider is voluntary and at your discretion

  • Wildwood Executive Advisory does not store or directly process your payment information

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this Site or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Wildwood Executive Advisory LLC at the email address provided below. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration proceeding shall take place in Cobb County, Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement. The cost and expenses of the arbitrator(s) shall be shared equally by the parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
