  • No. Coaching is future focused, action oriented and focused on personal and professional growth. It leverages discovery based frameworks and accountability. Clients are wholly responsible for their actions and decision making.

    In contrast, therapy is conducted by a licensed mental health professional to explore thoughts, behaviors, and emotions or work through trauma, mental illness, or relationships/life changes. Consulting involves providing advice and providing solutions to problems.
